As a certified Design Thinking Teaching Practitioner, I currently lead two key pillars within the Academy of Innovation at LTIMindtree:
Tailored Interventions
I collaborate with account teams to address specific business challenges using the Design Thinking framework. These interventions include ideation and discovery workshops, empathy exercises, end-to-end journeys from empathize to ideate, automation initiatives, gamified ideathons.
Each engagement is designed to foster innovation and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Customized Learning Journeys
I design and deliver bespoke learning experiences focused on Design Thinking, tailored to team-specific learning needs, mindset shifts, and business goals. These journeys feature experiential learning, coaching, engaging branding and gamification, multi-mode learning formats to aid effective learning.
Some signature programs I’ve conceptualized and led include - On Cloud I (Innovation), Thinkcraft – Igniting Innovation, Innovation Playground and Empathy & Epics.
In January 2025, I also program-managed the launch of our organization-wide podcast, The Innovation Exchange. Season 1 features six insightful episodes exploring innovation across domains, with themes such as Generative AI, human-centered innovation, innovation in delivery and creative courage.
