  • I held two roles during my time as a Digital Manager at Volkswagen UK.
  • In the former I looked after customer applications, where I developed and launched the industry's first owner's application on iOS and Android, both ahead of their planned release dates. I was also product owner for owner's section of the website, which included the re-developing & re-platforming one of the industry's most comprehensive online service booking & vehicle delivery tracker tools onto a new CMS.
  • I then went on to develop and implement a multi-platform Continuous Optimisation strategy for the brand, which encompassed Multivariate A/B testing, 1:2:1 Personalisation and the management of the analytics practice. All focused on driving uplift of web-based actions and KPIs to demonstrate ROI, which frequently reached percentages increases in the thousands.
  • I was also indirectly responsible for the brands Live Platform Team, which comprised of around 20 people based out of a digital agency in London.
