As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Ugaoo, I was leading Marketing, Finance, HR, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Sales and Customer Delight functions for one of the finest and most futuristic D2C Brands in India. Prior to this, as Chief Business Officer (CBO), I was responsible for overall Revenues & Profitability of udChalo, the 4th fastest growing organization in MSME category (ET Rise 2020). Since last 5 years, I have been leading Brand & Business Strategy in B2C/D2C (e-commerce) space while attempting to create a performance driven ecosystem for the organization and managing team sizes of 100+ In the past I have led Strategy and Business Roadmap for creating a new B2B pan India organization including Conceptualization, GTM strategy, Value Proposition, Brand Architecture, Organization Structure, Revenue Plans and P&L for Thermax, one of the finest heavy engineering and technology companies in the world. I have driven Strategic Business Plans, Marketing plans and Cannes Lions Award Winning Campaigns. Transformation and Turnaround are some of my key interest areas which I have lived and driven. Leading cross-functional and cross-cultural Teams has added new perspectives and my ability to handle complexity and diversity. Working with the top Global Consulting firms, top Marketing and SAAS organisations and partners has given me a deep understanding of business facets and management. My business travels globally for business development and sales in B2B business have enriched my perspective on customers and markets. I have opened new international markets for the organisation and improved market shares to highest levels during the journey. I have been Contributing to industry by sharing knowledge on national and international forums and B-Schools.
