• Joined REVTECH Solution Inc, which was an ATG implementation partner for E-Commerce solutions as an ATG E-Commerce Solutions Architect to manage the on boarding of clientele onto a data driven, easy to market ATG E-Commerce platform from existing home grown e-commerce platforms
• Promoted to Head of Technology at REVTech Solutions, within 16 months of joining, built a fully functional base E Commerce web & mobile site on ATG & Endeca with full blown integrations such as Master PIM, OMS, Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Recommendations, Amazon, PayPal, Cyber source, BML, Gigya (Social Integration) and Ominiture analytics;
• Promoted to MD for Global Delivery during a very critical phase and has been credited for the complete turnaround, transformation & scale up of the organization, leading to a successful acquisition by PFSweb, post which is currently spearheading the organization as AVP Technology & MD for India

• Started as a Developer in the Architecture team of TCS’s “Large Scale Enterprise Application” team which equipped with the formative experience for budding into a full-fledged Architect for developing enterprise wide reusable frameworks; Joined a corporate initiative of TCS for building re-usable asset catalog that included conducting town hall meetings across TCS for “Reusability & Catalog Usage”
• Moved on as Lead Architect at Target Corporation handling the whole distribution pyramid on all TCS projects, executed multiple projects, developed reusable frameworks which were made “Target Enterprise Standards” and reused in all New Application development
• Part of Enterprise Architecture group in the initial phases of technology transition into Spring and iBatis framework; Lead Architect on TCS internal Reuse initiative to build base J2EE platform and promote reuse across Open Source applications to improve productivity by 20%
