  • Another key part of the role was the strategy for Application Outsourcing where I worked on how SOA, SaaS and other elements were changing Application Outsourcing and defined a new joined up approach between Application Run/Operations and Application Development. At the time the group had two separate divisions for Run and Development and this work provided a framework that enabled the two to be considered as a continuum. The group moved to a unified management structure a couple of years after this work completed.
