  • I created multiple SQL and shell scripts to find discrepancies between the payment data and service agreement data. The red indicators were tagged and overlaps were removed from the database to maintain data sanity.
  • Built scripts to identify confidential data from customer comments and selectively remove the same from the database. The data included credit card numbers, CVV, social security numbers, etc
  • Created a task handover dashboard which assigned tasks to different members of the team every morning and the progress on those tasks was filled by the team members every evening. The aggregated list of tasks was sent over to the Onsite team lead. It provided visibility around the month-on-month improvements on Offshore team efforts.
