  • Led manufacturing operations for ready to drink (RTD) health shots (volume per month: 260,000 bottles) and jaggery bites (volume per month: 468,000 cubes)
  • Optimised jaggery bites COGS resulting in 68% cost reduction by deep diving into raw material procurement, production process flow and strong relationship with third party unit
  • Built and managed a team of 11 people across multiple levels with 90% retention rate over a period of 12 months
  • Streamlined warehousing and fulfilment operations improving website order delivery TAT by 30% and reducing RTO orders by 36% over a period of 6 months

  • Developed the current formulation of flagship product portfolio of RTD health shots (11 variants), contributing approx 75% of the total revenue (Company ARR: INR 53 million)
