Where I can use my talents and look after Technology, innovation our ecosystem of startups & partnerships for our global SAP, Package based solutions and Application business. • Managing the selection and implementation of a new ERP-System. With a project group of 8 people I accepted the challenge to implement a new ERP-system developed by Glovia international. Glovia International is a globally operating company, and a part of Fujitsu. We also focused on new process development and process restructuring , to accommodate the changes that were going to occur within the company by the use of the new ERP-system.

• Responsible for Managing Operational excellence and Supply chain efficiency. Restructuring Production in our two plants to increase throughput reducing the stock and working capital, while maintaining and increasing Just in time delivery to our customers.
• Developing a new system of planning that fits the company.
• The goal is to setup a system that ensures the reliability of the companies shipping. This means the restructuring of the supply chain. For this a few flows are considered for overhauling, namely the material flow, the internal order flow, external order flow. The factory (men and machine) capacity is being reevaluated to pin point bottle necks. The 5s model is used to restructure the factories WorkCentre’s and storage. The ultimate goal of these changes is to be able to implement LEAN production.

• Youbedo is online-bookstore that needed help with their website Usability analyses and their Search Engine Optimization. So I volunteered may knowledge on this subject to help them out. We did a few usability sessions with a test subject group, so we could improve the website. I also helped them with optimization of Google analytics to fit their needs.

• In August of 2009 I organized a beneficial bike ride to Sevilla, for "vrienden van het Radboud kinderziekenhuis". I started cycling on 31 of august from Nijmegen and finished on the 24 of september in Sevilla Spain after a trip of 2909 Km. I was sponsored 0,01 euros per Km by a lot of people, they helped me to raise 710 euros for the children's hospital.
