I am a seasoned technology industry professional with experience in engineering, product management, marketing, and strategy. I founded FocusFew Consulting in 2018, a strategic marketing consultancy that helps CEOs, founders, and marketing leaders define and articulate their offerings, use cases, ICP, value propositions, messaging, and positioning for maximizing downstream GTM effectiveness. I am a member of the executive council and vice president at SEAP Pune, where I support the growth and development of the software industry in the Pune region. I am also a co-founder of an early-stage fintech startup in the wealthtech space. I am passionate about the wide chasm between business strategy and marketing execution. Most recently, we are developing ALYGNR, a product that fills this important gap and helps companies communicate complex solutions simply to their key stakeholders.
