I began my journey as an entrepreneur with TinkerStore, a skill-based learning venture that partnered with 40+ schools and colleges to promote experiential education. We scaled it to ₹2 crore+ in turnover within two years, but scaling too fast taught me early lessons in customer understanding, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. After TinkerStore, I joined Jayso Labs, where I led Intel’s nationwide CSR initiative Ideate for India in partnership with the Government of India. The program trained 120,000+ students in design thinking and digital literacy, giving me my first deep exposure to large-scale program management, stakeholder alignment, and execution at scale. I then worked with Beahead, managing education and enablement programs for clients like Google, Microsoft, and Intel. Leading the Microsoft Innovative Educator program (training 10,500+ teachers) helped me build operational systems, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact across large programs. In 2020, I founded Miho, a VC-backed SaaS startup funded by Upekkha, focused on customer education for B2B SaaS companies. I worked across product, marketing, and customer success functions — leading everything from GTM design and outbound campaigns to onboarding systems and early product roadmap decisions. Building Miho from scratch helped me master early-stage GTM execution, product–market fit, and first-principles problem-solving. Most recently, at DemandFarm and Fyno, I’ve worked in Founder’s Office and Strategy roles, partnering closely with the founders and leadership across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. My work has spanned fixing ICP–MQL mismatches, introducing value-based selling, building leadership teams, strengthening account growth systems, and driving alignment between GTM and delivery functions. Across these roles, my approach has stayed consistent: use first-principles thinking to bring clarity to complex problems, align teams around measurable goals, and build systems that scale sustainably.
