• At Pharmeasy, I led a talented team of 13 product designers, UI experts, visual designers, and UX researchers to revolutionize prescription writing in India. We developed the first online prescription generation platform, successfully transforming the Rx writing behavior of over 10,000 doctors. Our innovations included reducing Rx generation time from 10 minutes to just 1.5 minutes, customizing the platform for 35+ specialties, and enhancing customer ratings from 3.5 to 4.9 stars on Google Play. Additionally, we crafted an end-to-end e-consultation flow during the COVID-19 lockdown, enabling 10,000+ video consultations. I also collaborated closely with data intelligence teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights, and published a career guide for 40+ product team members to align their career objectives.

• As part of the Microsoft Viva Insights AI Team, I crafted zero-to-one AI-enabled experiences for 30 Mn Microsoft users to manage their work holistically. Based on cutting-edge Harvard Research about workplace-related stress and well-being and guided by AI, We managed a one-stop dashboard for employees to know their daily tasks (both collaborative and deep work), well-being, and ways to expand their network for positive outcomes on MS Teams and Outlook.
• First Designer to draft Microsoft Viva for Teams concepts which was announced as part of the Build Conference 2019 by Satya Nadella as the theme for building resilience in the workplace.

• Long haul Logistics in India is valued at apprx. $150 Bn and I created the UX function from scratch for the largest freight logistics marketplace of India and scaled the products in the ecosystem to reach 5x scale during my tenure. Crafted apps for truck drivers, truck owners, and traders and actually traveled in a truck for my research. Also created and lead a team of 4 rockstar designers who helped in various aspects of the design process from research to prototyping and testing and supporting the product pipeline.

• First full-time lead designer for Zestmoney which aimed at democratizing the credit for India. ZestMoney aims at providing a cardless EMI solution to make things affordable for users who do not have a credit card.
• Conducted design sprints with major stakeholders and A/B tested prototype contextually by calling in the users. Released unnecessary friction from the flow and made the paperless process more intuitive with affordances led UI and helped in increasing the conversion rate to 2 digits.
• Created mocks for initiating partnerships with MI, Flipkart, Amazon, Oneplus and many other renowned e-commerce portals of India.

• I was the co-founder for the all-in-one hyperlocal home decor portal for India called Zimply which received $1 Mn from Matrix Partners India. We matched best home contractors with end consumers in a very budget friendly fashion. We scaled the platform from scratch to 10K architects/interior designers and 50k furniture manufacturers/resellers within a years time. I was majorly responsible for the design and execution of the product pipeline with my awesome team of PM-Tech-UX along with wearing many startup hats!
