At Zephy Earth, we’re exploring how climate learning can be fun and engaging, while leading to real-world impact. Currently, in stealth mode. Alongside, I work with Superteams.ai, a platform that connects top engineering talent from India with companies globally. I built my career in book publishing. As Managing Editor at Amazon-Westland and commissioning editor at HarperCollins and Penguin Random House India, I shaped the product–market fit of some Nielsen-charting titles such as Happiness Express, The Heartfulness Way, Dr Dhurandhar’s Fat-Loss Diet, and Attitude Is Everything. Books I commissioned have won honours ranging from The Hindu Prize (The Book of Common Signs) to the Crossword Popular Choice Award (A Taste of Well-Being). It has been my privilege to work with leading statesmen on landmark works like India’s Military Conflicts and Diplomacy (Gen V. P. Malik) and Turning Points (Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam). Earlier, I led the launch of HarperCollins’ digital-first imprint Harper 21, one of India’s first dedicated ebook divisions. My curiosity about entrepreneurship, sparked by the publishing of entrepreneurship titles—such as The Underage CEOs, How I Almost Blew It, or The Habit of Winning—combined with the vibrant startup culture at Amazon, led me to join the mobile-learning platform Spark.Live in 2019. I hold a certificate in publishing from IIM Ahmedabad, an MA in English Literature (with minor in Film Studies), and a diploma in German. I’ve also done Terra.do’s ‘Climate Change: Learning for Action' programme. I’ve been a life-long mental health advocate, drawing on the works of Freud and Lacan. My political views stem from Zizek and Varoufakis.
