  • Worked with the Marketing team in building a community of Aspiring developers on Discord which is 15k members strong. Have planned and hosted 10 workshops, with 4500 + people attending from this community with healthy completion rates and 65 + NPS across the workshops.
  • The idea of these workshops was to give community members a glimpse of how we teach in Masai School and help them pursue coding.
  • With this, we were able to get 250 + candidates into Masai School directly.
  • Along with this, working in defining the Alumni community and activities surrounding it + bringing quality insights to students through code talks and alumni insights sessions.

  • Over the last 23 months at Blume,
  • Built CXO communities across (Product, tech and marketing) and engaged them through more than 50 + focused events. Most of my work is in understanding their needs and to plan, curate and execute focused engagements meeting those needs. These events became an engine for creating quality content for the community.
  • Designed and executed a 7 weeks L&D program for early stage founding teams. The idea was to help founders get strategic / tactical advice on running key org functions (like Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Technology, HR and Fundraising) from seasoned entrepreneurs + operators.
