As an Associate Director of Human Resources at Flipkart, I led the organization design, HR transformation, and talent management initiatives for one of India's largest e-commerce platforms. With over 10 years of HR experience in diverse sectors and geographies, I have gained a deep understanding of the business challenges and opportunities in the digital age.
