Prior to Grad school, he charted customer journeys to execute campaigns which increased customer adoption and growth by cross-functionally working with internal and external teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales functions. In addition to this, his drive to solve inefficiencies led him to build several tools using Google scripts to automate various analyses that enabled over 50 analysts to arrive at insights rather than spend time performing analyses. His proudest moment at Hiveminds was when he built a new business unit from the ground up by leading a team of 8 in under a quarter. Before Hiveminds, at AIG, he analyzed large datasets to price financial risks. Outside of his primary responsibilities, he also taught himself VBA programming and built a tool to automate data-prep processes which was subsequently used by over 350 Analysts and reduced processing time by 30%.
