During the course of MBA, I kickstarted my company by building an e-commerce website and launching my first retail store. The PawshBox store provides a luxury shopping experience to pet parents by providing them with new and unique pet care products at exceptional service at affordable rates. Throughout MBA, I also won several national level business plan competitions, held by prestigious B-schools across the country. I was also recognised by numerous news media for the same. Being one of the only functional pet care service providers in the city during the lockdown, PawshBox garnered a lot of media coverage and admiration for serving customers and successfully handling business functions during peak Covid crisis.

  • Customer Onboarding
  • After noticing the time and man power spent on customer onboarding, I suggested to create a Facebook bot to onboard customer directly from Facebook. Created a workflow in which a candidate would be diverted to chat on messenger after any inquiring on the ad. Once in the messenger, the bot would collect basic details and the identification documents from the customer. This data would be collected into a simple google sheet that would be accessible by the operations team. If the candidate was eligible, he would be moved ahead in the loan application process.
  • The Facebook bot was entirely created by me and was successfully integrated. The effort worked wonderfully and my effort was much appreciated.
