I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a banker. Honestly, I just fell into it — the way life sometimes nudges you into a room you never planned to enter. But once I was there, something clicked. I discovered that I loved solving problems, calming chaos and making people feel like their toughest challenges finally had a way forward.
That became my thing.I worked with multinationals, sat with startups trying to survive another quarter, and jumped between products, partnerships and the messy middle where everything breaks before it works. And even while I was learning the science of money, a part of me kept craving creativity.Somewhere between spreadsheets and storyboards, I realised I wasn’t meant to choose one side. I was meant to blend both.That’s how I drifted into fintech, loyalty and games — the space where logic meets behaviour, and where tiny design choices can completely change how people act, learn or feel. I’m still learning every day, still experimenting, still chasing the “what if?”Yes, I’ve collected certifications — Treasury Pro, International Cash Manager, the usual suspects. They’re useful.
