Have had multiple stints in both business HR and corporate HR that helped me grow as a leader with a good blend and balance of all facets of business, strategy, people and HR as a whole. My current stint includes a decade long journey with a highly successful organization, ACT. I was part of the very initial leadership team that played a crucial role in growing the business from a start-up phase to becoming one of the largest companies in the industry. Learnt & contributed immensely to the nuances and strategic aspects of the start-up environment. This journey of 250 Cr to 2,500 Cr company and from being a regional player to the most reputed national player has added enormously to my leadership skills and perspective. I have had the privilege of being a critical team member in the cultural transformation of the acquired organisation. Lead multiple transformational projects involving people, organization culture, developmental aspects, systems and automation, etc. While doing all this, my sole focus has always been the growth of the business and of the people along with it. I believe everyone has potential and a unique ability to contribute. I have learnt over the years that trusting people and genuinely caring for their overall well-being is the key step to gaining trust and loyalty from others Building things and adding colours to things around me helps me keep myself charged. I am passionate about crafts and painting. I often find myself giving innovative strokes of colours to anything that’s lying around, like a pot or a bottle or just a stick too!
