Founders often say that hiring the right tech or product leader is the most pivotal decision they make and the hardest. That’s where I come in. I’ve had the privilege of working with 100+ founders across India, the US, and the UK, closing mandates for CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI/ML & Design. As an AVP at Purple Quarter, I work with founders to solve their most pressing leadership challenges: finding the CTO who can scale product velocity, the CPO who can align vision with execution, or the AI/Engineering leader who can future-proof the business. Before moving into executive search, I built my career in technology, quality, and cybersecurity, working with global enterprises and banking systems. That foundation gives me the ability to engage with CTOs, product leaders, and AI executives not just as a headhunter, but with the technical fluency and strategic perspective they expect from a true advisor. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve built my career at the intersection of technology, talent, and growth. From leading talent strategies at Dream11, Navi, and InCred to closing critical CXO hires at Indusion Consulting, and now advising high-growth companies at Purple Quarter, my focus has always been the same: I help founders define what leadership means for their stage of growth, translate it into a search that goes beyond résumés to uncover motivation, scale readiness, and cultural alignment and ultimately enable leaders who don’t just join, but transform.
