I graduated from GE's elite IT leadership program, during which I got opportunity to work across technology platforms: ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence (BI reporting tools, DW, ETL), Rule Configurators, Google products to name a few. This project was NPI Lean showcase of 2006 and delivered $8MM in sales growth to the Electrical Distribution sub-business. The ITO process previously took 2-4 weeks for this product and with Speedi, a quotation is produced and an order can be placed real-time. There were many risks to the project with vendor switch and resource turnover. Successful delivery of this project was also entry ticket for me to GE's elite IMLP program
