During her time at Uber, she led global and national marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels growing the subscriber base by over 400%, led a rebrand/rename/relaunch of the membership portfolio, developed the 3-year global membership strategy and vision, and built and hired a team of product and brand marketers that worked across both mobility and delivery responsible for on-going adoption and retention. Alex also scaled the Uber Rewards program to new countries and led product partnerships to maximize user growth and benefit/program engagement. Prior to Product Marketing, Alex worked at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in identifying strategy and technology solutions that drove transformation, improved productivity, and streamlined business operations for Fortune 500 companies.
