Chris Leong is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life. Previously, Chris worked at Nokia where she led their Greater China, Korea & Japan region, and was Senior Vice President Global Marketing, responsible for Nokia & Go-To- Market, brand and marketing across 80 markets. Prior to joining Nokia, Chris held various senior management roles in marketing communications firms, including WPP agencies Bates Asia, Ogilvy Europe and Grey Global Group, working with global brand leaders including P&G, Ford, HSBC, Heineken and various telecommunication brands. Since 2022, Chris has been a member of Nestlé's Board of Directors and the Sustainability Committee, bringing expertise in brand, marketing, digital, sustainability and emerging economies. In this role, she contributes to the impact Nestlé is delivering to the lives of employees, consumers, shareholders, and communities alike.
