• Helped the organization transition from the old CEO to a new CEO.
• Gave inputs into the design for a stunning new 582,689 sft building for T-Hub that became one of the world's largest buildings dedicated entirely to the startup ecosystem.

• Onboarded a CEO & scaled the T-Hub model, by initially building out the early stage ecosystem in Hyderabad. Today Hyderabad is known as the fastest growing startup ecosystem in India, and T-Hub itself is self sustaining.
• Given the emerging maturity of the ecosystem, I refocused T-Hub onto scaling startups, and attracting great startups to the city from across the world.
• Grew the T-Hub team to 40 people, and built 3 world class business units:
• India's largest incubator, with over 50 startups per cohort and 160 startups in the building.
• India’s largest Corporate Innovation division, running deep paid programs for companies like Boeing, Facebook, Intel, HSBC, United Technologies etc.
• Market Access Programs for international growth stage startups looking to tap the huge Indian market, and for Indian startups to tap new international markets.

• Created an actionable master plan for Telangana's Minister of Industries & IT, KT Rama Rao, based on his vision to transform Hyderabad into one of the top startup cities in the world.
• Defined a unique structure & long term model for T-Hub as an independent non-profit entity and became employee number 1.
• The mission was to engage and build win-win programs for all categories of stakeholders in order to catalyse a tightly knit, vibrant ecosystem which would help scale innovative startups for India and fuel startup success stories.
• Helped design and create India's then largest startup space, a state-of-the-art 70,000 sft building called Catalyst, with the conscious goal of becoming a central hub for the startup community.

• GEN India provides national leadership by convening and connecting ecosystem players; amplifying outreach and increasing awareness; evaluating and endorsing tried and tested programs; serving as a source of quantifiable data and qualitative information; and acting as a hub for sharing knowledge and experience – with players throughout India and around the world.
