I build growth engines that last. With over two decades in enterprise sales, partnerships, and GTM strategy, I’ve helped organizations scale across EMEA, APAC and India. Most recently at Microsoft, I led the overall charter that shaped $1B+ partnerships with global GSIs, ISVs, and digital natives, driving AI and cloud adoption at scale. Before that, I built Rackspace India from the ground up, taking it from zero to scale across India & South Asia. At Kapstone Advisory I help enterprises and investors navigate the next wave of AI, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure growth. Kapstone focuses on AI GTM, cloud/data center monetization, and ecosystem partnerships, bridging global technology with regional market execution. At Style My Kona, an award-winning interior design studio founded by Babita Pandey. My role is advisory and supportive, while Babita leads the creative and operational growth. This entrepreneurial journey sharpened my resilience, financial discipline, and empathy, skills I bring back into boardrooms and leadership contexts.
