I am a multi-faceted professional with 13 years of work experience & am adept in software product management of SaaS, Internet & eCommerce and retail products. I carry an extensive experience of product management in retail, eCommerce and customer service backed by comprehensive academic achievements. My skills include product management and stakeholder management. I am adept at problem discovery and managing roadmaps which are goals and metrics-driven. I am currently working as Sr. product manager at Coupa & manage the procurement product in the business spend management platform. Previously, I worked as a product manager at [24]7.ai which specialized in customer service products. During my stint at [24]7.ai, I built the next-generation messaging chat console for agents across the world to serve customers interacting with brands through various Messaging channels right from scratch. I have also led the product lifecycle of the self-serve platform which is a crucial step for the company’s vision of a SaaS product portfolio. Previously, I worked with Dell as product Manager for B2B eCommerce platform. I conceptualised key capabilities for Dell's B2B online sales platform (Dell.com) by developing features to drive revenue, eNPS & profitability by reducing OpEx. Until May 2017, I was managing product portfolio, Technology, inventory management, people practices for implementing Omnichannel strategy for eZone (Consumer Electronics retail chain owned by Future Group - the biggest retailer in India) I completed Master’s degree program in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai University with specialization in marketing. I worked as management intern at Google in summer of 2014 & worked on projects pertaining to retail, m-commerce, advertising & international marketing strategy. Prior to joining JBIMS, I worked with Dell for 5 years in the capacity of IT Operations Manager while working with global teams. I joined Dell after completing graduation from Pune University as Electronics & Communications Engineer. I have demonstrated commitment, consistency, flexibility and willingness to learn & to contribute value throughout my professional & academic stints.
