I work across borders and functions, aligning Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to translate customer needs into strategy, action, and outcomes. I’ve led executive business reviews, built value-realization frameworks, and turned insight into roadmap influence. To scale learning, I designed FlytBase Resource Center, a self-serve content engine (docs, videos, blogs, webinars) that lets customers move fast and win early. From BVLOS drone deployments to AI-native interfaces, I’ve seen how technology can transform but only if it's wrapped in empathy and execution. I build H3 teams: Happy, Healthy, High-Performing.
