• ► Project : Study and Improvement of methods deployed for C-Sat measurement
• Studied the standard practices deployed in the industry for measuring customer satisfaction and did a comparative analysis wrt to the current practices deployed in TFS. After doing the gap analysis, changes were suggested in the process for the improvement of customer response rate(RR). A new process flow was designed and submitted for approval.
• As a proof of concept I carried out suggested changes along with the help of technical team and saw an significant improvement(average 25% increase in test period of 40 days) in the response rate in the 3 cities the pilot was run.
• ► Project : Developed Gantt chart to be used for a new city IT setup and for estimating the CapEx needed
• Developed a Gantt chart for timeline and cost estimation of IT setup of a office in a new city. The same was done after gathering inputs from the stakeholders involved. The chart captured the subjective knowledge and was modular in nature for future updates. It helped reduce the planning time and gave a clear visibility of cost needed and timeline of the IT setup to the stakeholders involved.
• ► Project : Developed strategy to increase the TaxiForSure app download
• I studied the best practices used in the industry to increase the app download. A detailed study on the same was done and suggestions were submitted to the concerned team.
• As a part of this effort I created company wide campaign to increase the awareness of the app inside the company.
