Shashank Kumar — Software Engineer
I’m a Dual Degree student at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, studying Economics and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in two areas that might seem unrelated: digital VLSI and finance. On the tech side, I’m genuinely passionate about digital hardware design—things like RTL coding, FPGA prototyping, and computer architecture. I love digging into the details of how processors work and how hardware can be optimized for performance and efficiency. At the same time, I have a parallel interest in finance. I enjoy understanding markets, working with data, and applying analytical tools to financial problems—whether it’s through coursework or hands-on projects. While I see these as separate interests for now, I’m open to where either path might lead, and I’m always looking to learn more and work on challenging problems in both fields.
