• Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 5 sourcing specialist, responsible for Nike DTC (field retail function) RPO business in east region.
• Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates.
• Maintain regular one to one sessions with team members; give feedback to their performance and discuss development plan.
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the interview process. Keep team members updated of the discussion outcome to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the role.

• Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting.
• Conduct telephone screens with team members using standard templates ensuring that all candidates submitted on the short list to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
• Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period.
