I build monetization and retention systems for consumer products that rely on human behavior more than brute-force marketing. Think: coins, subscriptions, loyalty tiers, reward loops and the thousand tiny nudges that quietly shape LTV. Right now at PocketFM, I work on everything that makes users listen longer and pay happily — coins, bundles, subscription, loyalty mechanics and the experiments that separate “nice idea” from “money printer.” Before this, I spent years in gaming — scaling titles to healthy revenue, chasing PMF through brutal iteration cycles, shipping social systems, tuning game economies and learning that players will always find the loophole you thought you closed. I started my career as a data + decision nerd (Hike, Ola, MuSigma), which still shows: I like to break problems like an analyst, design like a PM and argue like someone who has looked at too many funnels at 2 AM. I gravitate toward products where incentives, progression, and emotion collide — where the right nudge can change a habit and the wrong one tanks your retention curve
