  • Successfully built a data model & process map for Woolworths and BIGW, Australia to optimize customer checkout system using Time & Motion methodology, improved internal supply chain processes and forecasted an optimized rostering schedule across all its stores in turn achieving a cost saving of close to AUD $30 million annually.

  • Developed a model to optimize and reduce operational complexity in the logistic network with the use of RFID tags, which led to centralising the sea freight network of 10Mn MT of stainless steel pipes from Middle East to India. Further, realised a USD $2Mn demurrage charge by initiating and streamlining department processes that reduced the time taken to obtain internal engineering and quality clearances to vendors to 2-3 days (instead of 12-15 days). This helped vendors complete their equipment supply on time from previous delays of 3 months.
  • Achieved savings of more than USD $1.47Mn on Chiller Unit Project for Polymer, Cracker and Gasification Control Centres by negotiating with the vendor on techno-commercial aspects.
