My journey has been shaped by a relentless drive to elevate people and organizations to their fullest potential. With over a decade of experience spanning business, consulting, and human resources in technology companies, I have dedicated my career to coaching and partnering with senior leaders to drive impactful business, culture, and organizational transformations. At InMobi, I had the privilege of serving as the HR Leader for the sales organization across China, Japan, Asia-Pacific, and India. I also spearheaded specialist functions such as Culture, Learning, Engagement, Recruitment, and Employer Branding, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business outcomes. Before joining InMobi in 2013, I honed my expertise at Flipkart.com, where I led HR functions in Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services, Engagement, and Performance Management. Earlier in my career, as a Consultant with the HayGroup and Hewitt Associates, I worked with diverse clients to optimize their organizational design and effectiveness. My journey began at Procter & Gamble in 2000, which laid the foundation for my understanding of business and people dynamics. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay, am a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, and completed my post-graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations at XLRI, where I earned a gold medal in Managerial Ethics. This diverse and rich experience has shaped my approach to leadership and problem-solving, enabling me to make meaningful contributions to organizations and the people within them.
