I run my own company and advise leaders on growth, for their companies. But what kind of seller starts his story in such a banal manner? So, here we go. My work typically focuses on: - Improving outbound and inbound performance - Building predictable pipelines - Increasing deal velocity and win rates - Coaching teams that sell to enterprise accounts - Creating simple, repeatable GTM playbooks At GreyB, I work with a strong sales team to elevate its performance.
