I am an enthusiastic, inquisitive individual who likes solving everyday problems (professional and personal) reducing friction to create growth (professional and personal, both) with a dash of empathy and a dollop of backbone. Over the last 6 years of professional career, I have worked in lending domain. I started as a Business analyst with Toyota Financial Services India ltd. and grew into a Product & Program manager. During this period of 4 years, I worked towards building brands like Lexus, Toyota Pre-Owned UTrust via means of seamless process and financing option. The key principles I learned there are “Problem solving via Root cause analysis “ and Stakeholder management also known as “Nemawashi” Currently, I am building the digital lending portfolio for personal loans with InCred and managing a team of 3 upcoming product managers. Across both my stints I have been known for my extreme ownership and a strong bias for action. When I am not working, I love to travel and stay fit. I am a firm believer of consistency is greater than intensity and try to live by it across personal and professional aspects of my life.
