About

While I didn't start off in product, a big part of how and why I do my job is still rooted in everything I learnt from my time in Marketing and Support. My early exposure to customers in these roles helped me gain a broader perspective on creating value chains by keeping Product, Market, Support and Solution mapping at the heart of building good customer experiences. Today, as a Product Manager, I spend my time observing, analyzing and using tech as a means to solve real world problems. In this effort, I've learnt to understand and communicate: - if the problem at hand is severe enough to be solved. - if and why users would want to employ a product to solve their problem. - if there's a tactical edge to solving the problem differently from how users solve it today. - if there's a way to get users at scale to test, validate and help us build what matters. Before this, I was fortunate to have an experimental role at a 0-1 startup and I did a little bit of a lot of things across Marketing, Support and Sales. This was my introduction to the software world [B2B SaaS]. Eventually, owing to the amount of user-research that went into all of my work across these three verticals, I was given the opportunity to help shape the first ever product roadmap and contribute to the GTM plan. Today, I've helped scale the paying customer base from 5 to 500+ companies. I've been in the tech space for a little over 7 years now and it never ceases to amaze me just how much there is to learn every day. I've been lucky to have spent my early career doing a little bit of a lot of things to finally arrive at what I have come to love, Product. Today, I'm helping build HyperStart CLM, an AI-first contract lifecycle management tool to help in-house legal, finance and HR teams organize, track and manage their contracts. Digitizing this tedious process is often an afterthought and we're at the centre of establishing it as a primary need so you can do more with less. :) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “The technology you use impresses no one. The experience you create with it is everything.” - Sean Gerety DMs always open for all things 0-1 & 1-10 [Product| Growth| PLG (to do or not to do)]
