• The engineering intern focused upon Cement Making Process from mining till the packaging stage.I was introduced to the data mining and acquisitions at the plant. Pitot tube and potentiometer were two sensing elements of which the trend was made to analyse. Trends were visualized and corrective actions taken to minimize the errors as per the feedback control system was explained. My report focused upon preparation of Raw Meal that involves mining and crushing of raw materials, pre-homogenization, grinding, homogenization and raw meal which is further send for pyro processing followed by clinker and cement formation.
