• Responsible for the design, development and delivery of Employee benefits coupons distributed under Sodexo-Zeta brand. 1.5 million employees of 1200+ companies located in India, Brazil, Vietnam, Philippines and Italy use these coupons daily to purchase food, fuel, books etc. The system handles a load of 50 million transactions per day.
• Building the Rewards engine, a cloud based event stream processing service that handles a load of 20 million transactions every day, applies the reward rules configured by the marketing teams and generates loyalty points in real time using Springboot, YugaByte, Kafka/KSQL services.
• Delivered the Statements engine that generates statements for 100 million accounts within 30 minutes for the HDFC bank credit card customers using batch processing services of Apache Flink and Airflow DAGs.

• I am currently leading the engineering of the backend products team in the Web-infra org. Our team provides a platform (API, Events, and reports) for Sodexo employee benefits, rewards, and statement services.
• I am leading a team of 20+ engineers (1PE, 2 Leads, 5 SSE, 8 SE, & 4 interns report to me) and I am responsible for driving the charter for 3 squads. We are currently supporting 3 zones (India, UK & US in the SRE model) and 3 customers. (HDFC, Sodex, Sparrow),

• Worked in the core engine team, designed and developed various PRPC product features like Declare pages, Activities etc. to enable declarative programming abilities for PRPC application developers.
