My journey as a founder of Sanfe started when of my female friend was suffering from problem Urinary Tract Infection during one of our college trek, we realised the problem of dirty public washrooms and felt a genuine need to do something. Since women had to suffer most from the problem of dirty washrooms and contracting the UTI from them, we designed India's most affordable Stand & Pee product, by which women can stand and urinate avoiding the contact with the dirty toilet seats, we launched the product with very famous social media campaign #StandUpForYourself where we got huge traction for our innovation on women. This journey went on, soon when I was giving my semester exams at IIT Delhi, one of my fried started crying just after the exam, as she was on her period and was not able to study last night we again felt a need to do something on it. We realised period pain is natural and solution must be natural too where we designed a Sanfe Period Pain Relief Roll On, a natural solution designed under technical expertise of IIT Delhi and AIIMS Delhi and has been launched under same campaign #StandUpForYouself on 8th March 2019.
