I started as an architect, building structures, solving spatial problems, and obsessing over blueprints. But along the way, I discovered what I truly love building - teams, cultures, and a deep sense of belonging. From working with UNHCR to help design refugee camps to scaling AI-driven startups from 5 to 5500 employees across Series C to unicorn, my journey has been anything but conventional. I’ve built product, engineering, dev-ops, sales, and marketing teams across APAC, the US, LATAM, EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand. I’ve partnered with high-impact startups and Fortune 500s alike, and through it all, one truth stands out - great ideas don’t just build companies, they build cultures.
