• I built a high performance ML science and AI product team from ground up and led AI Personalization solutions for PayPal Merchants. My team and I led Machine Learning solutions from ideation/Opportunity Mining to Experimentation. Led and solved challenging problems like Product Recommendation, Next best action, Customer Value forecasting, Seasonality detection among many others with innovative data products, tools and state of the art ML solutions using deep learning, Generative AI and Contextual Multi Arm bandit. My team had submitted 12 Patents and has resulted in 5 patents being filed during my leadership.
