  • Resource Forecasting – Collaborate with Business Unit heads to put forth resource forecast plans based on planned client engagements and business milestones
  • Resource Movement – Manage resource movement across assignments ensuring employee development priorities, skills matching, smooth project transition, location transfers and visa coordination for both onsite and offshore employees.
  • Lead calls with management/Delivery teams to understand the requirements.
  • Identify and manage talent pipeline ahead of End of Assignments/Account Roll-Offs & Vacancies arising with Optimal Resource Utilization.
  • Utilization Management - Track utilization targets at Business Unit level to tie with the corporate goals. Ensure billability percentages are maintained during the project duration and timely transitions happen to maximize utilization
  • Staffing Review - Review project staffing to ensure headcounts are per plan at the project, client account and business unit levels. Provide visibility about skills and availability to the business/delivery organization with respect to resources.
  • Strategic Hiring - Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of hiring plans.
  • Sourcing/Recruitment- Involved in staffing through Employee referrals ,Internal Job postings, Job portals and Social Media.
  • Bench Management: Plan the bench movement and bench development on required market skills.
  • Training : Planning training needs for resources, Up-skilling/Cross –skilling based on the demand and Capability.
  • Reports: Maintaining Headcount report, Open requirement report and billability tracker.
