With over 19+ years of IT industry experience in talent acquisition, I am a seasoned leader who is passionate about finding and hiring the best talent. With ITC Infotech, as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition I am responsible for managing the teams hiring across all locations for Digital manufacturing, SCM, Engineering skills and leading the hiring for Cloud Technologies. I have been responsible for driving, building strategy for hiring and managing teams to deliver and achieve targets & numbers by focusing on process compliance and other aspects of recruitment. Worked in streamlining the entire TA process and inducted the new acquired team within ITC with processes and have been a core member and contributed during the integration between Blazeclan and ITC Infotech. I have previously been associated with organizations like Hitachi Vantara, Birlasoft, Oracle, Capgemini where I managed various aspects of talent acquisition, including lateral technical recruitment across all Digital & ERP skills, leadership hiring, campus hiring, and special projects and initiatives.
