Right from the onset of my professional career, I have been involved in the sales of various IT products. Being an integral part of the supply chain, the entire business process has been conducted through IT channels & big system integrators. Over 28+ years of experience, sales management, man-management and relationship management have developed as an art in me. Understanding the critical needs of the organization and, meeting the expectations have become a part of daily routine. My career graph started from front-line sales with Ingram Micro India Ltd, to Deputy Channel Manager with Tech Pacific India Ltd, from Deputy Manager IT Sales with L G Electronics India Ltd to being the Regional Sales Manager of Samsung Electronics India Ltd and being graduated to National Channel Manager for TataNet and developing a separate LOB for them then moving on as Partner Business Manager for HP India, finally to Nokia India. I have spent four years as an entrepreneur and successfully ran a business. Went on to manage the SaaS portfolio in Ingram Micro, Cloud div for almost 4 years. Presently I head the Cloud business at Savex, having grown it from ground zero. In my career span so far, I have been exposed to all channel types and have an excellent understanding of the various business dynamics involved with each type. Every movement upward has honed my skills in man management & a plethora of other soft business aspects like conflict management, SCM, credit assessment , general management and entrepreneurship.   • I was responsible for the complete PnL for the SaaS portfolio for Ingram Micro Cloud division. I had a team of Product Managers and Pre-Sales, as well as a team of Sales managers on field and Inside Sales team. This role required precise planning, market segmentation, digital marketing activities for lead generation, partner onboarding, and vendor management. The role was super exciting as every quarter there were newer ISV ( independent software vendors) added to the portfolio and as the leader, I was responsible for the GTM journey of the vendors in India. I also had the privilege to identify and focus on a group of strategic vendors that will lead to exponential grown for both revenue and margins for the organization.

  • Apart from handing the BIC Hosters and Strategic Alliance, I was responsible to initiate and own the Ingram Micro ISV Program. Under this program, I would scout for ISV having solutions that would complement the Ingram Micro Cloud portfolio and present to them a plan to take their services to a larger audience. The revenue streams included the marketing revenue (online and digital marketing for the services), sale thru revenues of the services, and the ISV consuming their IT requirements (Azure, Netmagic, IBM Bluemix, O365 etc.) from Ingram Micro. I worked very closely with the Microsoft Accelerator team and reached out to at least 70 + ISVs. I was responsible for the vendor contract and worked very closely with the finance, tax and most importantly the legal teams of both the ISVs and Ingram Micro to get to the contracting stage.
  • I was also mandated to coordinate with the marketing teams of the ISVs for the timely deliverables of assets required for undertaking the digital media campaigns. I have also been involved in the business planning and projections with each onboarding ISV and then the subsequent launch within the organization and with the channel partners for each ISV

The transacting outlets have grown from 90 to 210 at the last count, and activating outlets have grown by 100% from 39 to 80. Vodafone team has recently added additional beat of Kalyani Nagar to our network.
  • We have grown exponentially every year by almost 100% and out topline exit for the year of financial year 2014-2015 crossed out projections of 18 crores.
  • For the present financial year we have added two product lines to our portfolio. We are now exclusive distributors in Pune and PCMC for Ingram Micro Cover Plus Gadget Insurance and ITZ Cash .
