  • Sometimes, stepping away from your career teaches you more than staying in it.
  • After heading marketing at Zolve for a year, I took an intentional break from May to August 2025. I paused to reset, explore, and just breathe.
  • I was fortunate that I could decide to take this time off, without any pressure. I built better habits, learned balance, and lost 12 kgs along the way by finally making mindful eating a lifestyle, not a phase. And, I adopted a bichon frisé puppy 🐶 who’s been my daily lesson in patience and discipline.
  • Growth doesn’t always come from doing more, sometimes, it comes from slowing down.
