• Stood at top 0.1% le out of 1 lakh applicants & got selected as Assistant Executive Engineer through Pubic Service Commission, under Public Health, Project Management Department. Along with third-party consultants, I have submitted a detail project report (DPR) on the planning of construction projects, economic cost-benefit analysis & viability of projects. Executed projects worth 30 crores by scheduling & executing work plans, based on Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS), Program Evaluation Review Techniques(PERT) for Customized Pumps Procurement & Uncertain weather-related delays, Using Critical Path Method for overall scheduling of works (CPM), Triple constraints & Gantt charts for Workflow Management. Responsible for procurement of heavy equipment worth 10 crores, ensuring the quality of machinery & materials supplied, logistics costs & relations with suppliers. Effectively lead a team of 25 Sub-Engineers & Junior Engineers on daily basis by coordinating with high-level executives, district administration & consultants for the project requirements & key deliverables. One of my key achievements includes delivering the project on time with a slight cost overrun & on scope delivery.
