An accomplished business leader with over 12 years of experience in e-commerce companies across diverse regions like Asia, Africa, and Europe. I have delivered in scaling and structuring supply chains in a challenging environment across multiple countries. Currently, I’m spearheading the Go-to-market strategy for Shipsy across the European Region Previously, I served as the VP and Global Head of Logistics at Jumia, a leading e-commerce platform in Africa with over 4,000 employees in 11 countries. I worked in the central Supply Chain function and also lead development of products such as delivery application used by riders for last-mile delivery and logistics products like LMS, WMS. In my previous role as Vice President of Operations Strategy at GoPigeon, I managed on-demand, technology-enabled, and end-to-end logistics solutions for e-commerce companies before its acquisition by a US-based company, Narvar. My diverse background includes supporting product development and streamlining with product/tech, resulting in successful SaaS projects. I hold a PG Diploma in Industrial Management (MBA) from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
