About

My dad has been a software engineer since the 70s, so while all my friends were outside, I was learning HTML & CSS and hammering away at Mavis Beacon to get my typing speed up. I’d love to say I kept that up, but truthfully I spent most of my teenage years having too much fun and occasionally leaving my soul somewhere in a field at a festival. By my mid-twenties, I realised I should probably find an actual career. I liked helping people, so… recruitment? I walked into a tech recruiting agency and asked for a job — and somehow, they said yes. Fourteen years later, I’ve worked across agency and in-house roles, mostly in SaaS, covering everything from GTM to deeply technical searches… hello AI! I’ve even had the privilege of leading a global recruiting team across the US, EMEA, and India. During my time at HackerOne, I implemented Ashby as a customer and fell for both the product and the people behind it. Now I’m lucky enough to work here, focusing on community and education across EMEA — helping recruiting teams connect, level up, and make hiring better together

After 14 years in talent acquisition, I implemented Ashby as a customer — and immediately became a fan. Not just of the product, but of the people building it. I joined a few Ashby community events, spoke at AshbyOne in San Francisco, and got a closer look at how deeply the team cares about elevating the craft of recruiting.
It didn’t take long to realize this was a place I wanted to be — somewhere I could give back to the TA community that shaped so much of my career.
Today I’m focused on community and education across EMEA. I build spaces where recruiting teams can connect, learn from each other, and grow — breakfasts, dinners, meetups, workshops, whatever gets people talking.
