Key achievements:   • Trained, scaled, and managed 700+ ML models across 100+ languages, processing ~1.5B data points/day for 30+ industries, with a focus on robustness, safety, and unit economics in messy multilingual settings.   • Built domain-specific LLMs that surpassed frontier models in accuracy while cutting significant cost.   • Shipped AI Agents and GenAI use cases; built advanced RAG, ranking, and reasoning systems to answer long-tail, high-stakes queries with precision.   • Automated the ML lifecycle (data curation → training → deployment → monitoring) and replaced manual QA with metric-driven generative evaluation so quality scales with shipping.   • Generalised downstream tasks to replace hundreds of custom models with a single SLM, boosting accuracy and reducing maintenance efforts.   • Applied pruning, quantisation, distillation, efficient decoding, and KV caching to deliver major cost reductions with no user-visible quality loss.   • Built custom multilingual NLP models with SOTA techniques, OCR on noisy images, anomaly-detection pipelines, and designed/hardened hundreds of micro-services.   • Led high-performing teams of AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists & fostered ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
