Also building a cross border closed wallet having integrations with Stripe, Transferwise, Paypal and Razorpay X.

• Led the company from an offline business with ARR of <$100k and 4 employees to a full fledged EdTech player with ARR of $1M, net profit margin >20% and 25+ employees. We eventually sold the company to Unacademy.
• Built and led the Product, Design and Tech teams. With a lean team of just 3 employees, we built the entire tech stack of Kreatryx from ground up. Ideated & built multiple innovative products such as Rank Predictor (Used by over 100k+ users to predict their GATE rank with ~95% accuracy), K-Plan (AI Study planner with over 30k+ active users), Live sessions (Video sessions with real time engagement with teacher).
• Streamlined the operations of the company by defining roles and processes across Sales, Support and Ops teams. Launched our in-house built Ops portal for daily operations of the company. Introduced tools such as Trello, Slack, Leadsquared and Zendesk to ensure improved work efficiency
• Ideated and led multiple successful and innovative sales campaigns such as Crazy99, Surprise Box Sale (our most successful campaign in terms of overall benefit to business. Acquired 15k+ users, 5k+ combined reviews on app, Google business and FB and 30L+ in revenue in 48 hours)
• Led the BD team & partnered with top players like Testbook for content distribution to expand the business. Also partnered with content providers to foray quickly into related exams such as Vizag Steel and CIL which took just 5 days from ideation to launch against 3-4 months time for in-house content.
• Brought and led the DM and SEO teams in-house to improve return on marketing spends. Encouraged teams to be data driven and focus on improving the ROAS using methods such A/B testing.

• At Yumist, I lead the entire tech team of 5 developers which included 3 Full Stack, 1 Android and 1 iOS dev. During my stint at Yumist, I led the development of multiple products listed below.

• Complete backend porting from Php to Node.js
• YumWallet (Yumist's very own wallet)
• Nerve (Fully automated end to end Ops management platform used in house by multiple teams such as Ops/Kitchen/Hubs/Delivery etc)
• Order dispatch and Delivery Partner assignment algorithms built using R
• Inventory Prediction & Daily Menu Prediction using Machine learning

• Pokesocial was a social network for Pokemon GO users. We ideated and launched the first version of website a month after the launch of Pokemon GO. The entire backend, website and app was built in just 10 days with a team of just 2 devs (including me) and had tons of features such as Geolocation based Feed, User Profiles and Friends, Messenger, Chat rooms, Pokemon map search etc.
• I was primarily responsible for
• Conceptualising and designing the complete product (UI/UX) using Sketch (learnt it in just 1 day)
• Developing the complete backend. Used Node.js, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch and Erlang (for chat server)
• Developing the iOS app using Swift
• Social Media, Marketing and Promotion of the product
• We got a very good traction and feedback post launch and were able to acquire ~10k users within a week of launch. We were also featured on multiple gaming websites, forums and Product Hunt. Unfortunately the app was removed from Play Store due to some issues with the logo. We relaunched the app with a new logo but lost the initial momentum that we got due to PR. Had to shut down the app 7-8 months post launch due to lack of monetisation opportunities. But overall, it was a great learning experience.
