• Drove restaurant rating improvement by 15% across food delivery aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato) leading to a 10% increase in order volumes generating additional revenue of 100k/month. This was possible by re-imagining the entire user experience for processing online orders from aggregators and native channels like web/app
• During COIVD, I built a direct ordering channel on top of WhatsApp generating additional revenue and increasing the repeat purchase
• Led the initiative to make our Chai & Coffee vending machines contact-less during COVID opening up additional revenue channels and deployment of additional machines in new accounts.
